I recently re-watched “Muriel’s Wedding”, and in the scenes in which Mariel* is working at Video Drama, the poster for “Housesitter” is visible in the background. 

The memories of this film, which I owned on a bootleg VHS sold to me at Malaysian street market, came flooding back. 

I will not rest until I see this film again.
